Next Day Flooring was built around a simple belief: Homeowners deserve a better experience. Too often, flooring projects are full of confusing prices, bad communication, and unreliable contractors. Yusuf established Next Day Flooring to bring absolute integrity and a personal touch back to the renovation industry. Before launching the company, he ran his own business consulting firm, spending years helping organizations optimize their systems, leadership, and operational structures. Observing a recurring pattern of systemic delays and broken communication in the home services space, he made a decisive move to leave everything behind and build a better kind of flooring company from the ground up.
Leveraging his deep background in operational systems and project strategy, Yusuf has built a fast-growing North Texas team focused entirely on client experience and flawless execution. From the first phone call to the final walk-through, he remains personally engaged, ensuring every finished project stands as a beautiful, high-quality floor that families are proud of.

Restoring original hardwood floors
Scope:
Removing old carpet, sanding the wood, and sealing it to last.
We helped a family restore old wood floors that had been hidden for years. Our team carefully removed the old carpet, sanded the wood, and applied a quality finish to bring back the home's original look. Every room was finished by hand and checked with the family before we were done.

Updating floors throughout the whole home
Scope:
Removing old tile, leveling the subfloor, and installing new LVP, carpet, and fireplace stone.
We updated every floor in this large home. Our team removed old tile, made sure the subfloor was level, and installed new LVP that flows through the whole house. We also added soft carpet in the bedrooms and updated the fireplace. The project was finished with a final walk with the client.

Fixing a bad floor installation
Scope:
Removing bad floors, leveling the subfloor, and rebuilding the stairs.
We stepped in to help a family after another contractor left them with bad floors. The subfloors were not level and the stairs were not safe. We removed the bad material, leveled the floor, added a moisture barrier, and installed new floors that were built to last. We got the home ready for them to move in quickly.

Fast installation and careful layout for a family moving in.
We finished this project on a very tight move-in deadline. When we found we needed more materials, we covered the cost to keep our price promise. Our team even worked on Christmas morning to make sure the family could move in on time. The home was delivered in great shape and right on schedule.
