What the home needed

The family was in a tough spot after a bad install ruined their materials. The floors were coming apart and the stairs were breaking. No other company would touch the repair, leaving them unable to move into their new home.

How we fixed it

We gave them a locked quote and got to work right away. Our team removed the bad floors, leveled the whole foundation, and installed a waterproof barrier. We also rebuilt the stairs and finished the work early so the family could finally move in.

We then hand-installed upgraded, premium-tier planks and completely rebuilt the failing staircases with master-tier reinforcement. To ease the client's stress, we absorbed the secondary prep labor costs and fast-tracked the installation, completing the structural recovery ahead of schedule so the family could securely move in.

Next Day Flooring saved my home. After a bad install by another company, they were the only ones who would help. They fixed my subfloors, installed new floors, and even rebuilt my stairs. They are honest, fast, and gave me peace of mind.
